Validation
This user operation is available so you can ensure that an operator reviews the extracted field data.
The following settings are available:
- Do you want a human operator to review the extracted data

This setting enables you to configure when a human operator reviews the extraction results of your solution. (Default: No)
When set to Yes, the following settings are available:
- Who can validate?

Add or create a list of users who can validate the extracted fields for this Quick Capture solution. (Default: Everyone (Group))
This field is mandatory and must have at least one entry.

- Average duration

Specify the average time that a user spends validating the extraction results. (Default: 0 Minutes)
- Add an additional validation step

By default, there is a single step of validation. Click this button to add an additional validation step. Each additional step has its list of who can validate that step as well as its duration.
- When all validation has completed and before progressing, would you like to perform a workflow?

Select a workflow step that is performed right after validation is performed. (Default: No)
