Installation

After receiving the license delivery email from Tungsten, follow its instructions to download the TungstenOmniPageCapture Software Development Kit CSDK 2025.1 install media.

You can use the Form Template Editor (FTE) of CSDK 2025.1 either with CSDK or stand-alone.

For installing FTE together with CSDK, follow these steps:

  1. Launch Setup.exe from the root of the install media.
  2. Select the Customize Installation button and select the Form Template Editor check box.
  3. Start the installation.

Install Form Template Editor after CSDK is installed

When CSDK2025.1 was installed without FTE previously, you can install FTE any time, later. For this, do one of the following:

  1. Perform steps 1 to 3 as described above.
  2. Browse to the FormTemplateEditor folder on the install media and launch setup.exe.

Standalone installation

You can install FTE stand-alone, without installing the CSDK part. If you plan to use both CSDK and FTE on the same computer, then it is recommended installing CSDK first. To perform a standalone installation, do one of the following:
  1. Use the standalone FTE installer.
  2. Browse to the FormTemplateEditor folder on the install media and launch Setup.exe.
  3. Activate the license. For details, refer to the Getting Started Guide.
