How to Use WorkFlow Job Submission

You can create a workflow for Equitrac configured with AutoStore.

The following procedure provides an example of a common usage scenario.

  1. Build a process with the Workflow Job Submission capture component, Document Transformation process component and Send to Folder route component.
  2. Configure the Workflow Job Submission component by creating a new workflow definition.
  3. Configure the following fields to define a workflow:
    • In the General tab, enter a name for the workflow.
    • In the Fields tab, create meta data for the workflow by entering the values:
      • Name: The internal name that uniquely identifies the field within the workflow
      • Display Name: The name of the field displayed to the user
      Note: Selecting the check box for a field indicates that the field may not be blank.
    • In the Components tab, configure the components of the workflow.
