Appendix A: Uninstallation

To uninstall the Equitrac Embedded application, you can use the DDU tool or you can manually uninstall the software from the Lexmark MFP device web page.
Important: Whether you choose to use the DDU tool or to manually uninstall the software, you must uninstall the Equitrac applications in the reverse order that they were installed in. You must always uninstall the EQLESBaseLib app last, but the other three apps - EQLogin, EQAllocate, and EQFollowYou - can follow any order.
  1. From a web browser, open the Lexmark MFP device web page: http://device_ip
  2. Click Apps.
  3. In the Installed Apps section, select one of the following apps: EQLogin, EQAllocate, or EQFollowYou.
  4. Click Uninstall.
    You receive a successful uninstalled message:


  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each remaining app, ensuring that the EQLESBaseLib app is last.
    After uninstalling all four apps, then Equitrac has been removed from the MFP device and the Equitrac apps no longer appear under the Installed Apps section.
