Device Setup and Configuration Prerequisites

Device Registration Service

Verify that you installed Device Registration Service. The Device Registration Service Web Client allows you to configure and manage Xerox EIP devices in your environment. If you did not install Device Registration Service when you installed the AutoStore software, you can install Device Registration Service from the Distributables folder (for example, C:\Program Files\Nuance\AutoStore\Distributables).

Vista Enterprise Edition

  1. Install ASP.NET.
  2. In Windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features.
  3. Click Turn Windows features on or off.
  4. In the Windows Features dialog box, select the check box next to ASP.NET.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Complete the installation.
