Obtain Debug Logs
If the EQXLPD service fails to start, the case name may be incorrect, or the user is not mapped to the correct Equitrac account. You can check the debug log to determine the source of the problem.
To produce a debug log, do the following:
- Select Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
- Right-click the EQXLPD Service in the right pane and select Properties from the menu.
- On the General tab,
enter
/Debug
in the Start parameters field. - Restart the service, and click OK to save the changes.
