Additional Group Permissions (eSF 6.x devices)
The Administrator can manage group, or application-level, permissions using the MFP web interface or the DDU tool.
The following table contains the default group permissions that are set automatically during
installation.

| BW Copy Users | Flash Drive Print, Copy Function, B/W Print |
| Color Copy Users | Flash Drive Color Printing, Copy Color Printing, Color Print |
| Scan Users | Flash Drive Scan, E-mail Function, FTP Function |
| Fax Users | Fax Function |
| All EQ Users | Access Address Book in Apps, Color Dropout, Use Profiles, Cancel Jobs at the Device |
