How to configure print authentication at the MFP

  1. On the MFP console, press the Utility/Counter hard key.
  2. Press Administrator Settings and log in as administrator.
  3. Navigate to Administrator Settings > User Authentication /Account Track > Print without Authentication, and select a TRAP Setting option to print without authentication.
    The Print without authentication option is used only when tracking print jobs through Equitrac ports.
  4. Press OK to save the setting.
