Overview of Scan Create New Job form
The Scan Create New Job form is a web-based application that creates new jobs and scans sheets into jobs in a workflow. You can rearrange pages in a document, split documents, delete documents and place documents within folders. You can also add sticky notes to add comments to documents.
Different permissions are required for deleting pages and deleting entire documents. Depending on the permissions set by your administrator you may not be able to delete either or both.
Depending on the form design, Tungsten TotalAgility extracts information from the sheet at scan time and populates data fields. After a sheet is scanned, you can verify or enter missing field data.
If you are using the Scan Create New Job form for the first time, you may be prompted to download and install some additional software. This is normal, and should only happen once. If prompted to do this, just follow the on-screen instructions, which may vary from browser to browser.
