Selecting and configuring a scanner

Tungsten TotalAgility automatically detects the scanner connected to your computer. You can also import images from files instead of using a physical scanner.

  1. On the toolbar click View or Change Scan Settings.

    The View or Change Scan Settings window opens.

  2. On the Scanner Settings tab, select a scanner from the list of installed scanners or select File Import to import image files.
  3. Select a profile from the list of pre-defined profiles or make individual selections for color, quality, orientation, and the other items in the Settings group.

    To use the window supplied by the vendor instead of the View or Change Scan Settings window, select Scan from Device Vendor Dialog.
