Editing table cells

Table cells may need to be validated or verified similar to validating or verifying text fields. Table cells are color coded as follows:

  • Green— The contents of the cell are valid.

  • Red— The contents of the cell may be invalid.

  • Yellow— The cell is currently selected.

  • Blue— The row is selected.

  • Gray— The cell is read-only.

  1. Select the table cell to validate or verify.

You can also use the TAB or UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys to navigate to a table cell.

  2. Use the Image Viewer to find and zoom to the invalid cell location if you need to confirm the value for the cell. When you select a cell, the associated zone on the image is highlighted.
  3. Type the correct value in the cell.
  4. Press ENTER to validate the field.

If the contents of the cell are valid, it turns green.
