Manage resource groups via Tungsten TotalAgility

Use the procedure in this topic to configure manual access permissions.

When Tungsten AP Agility is first installed, there are two main Invoice Processing resource groups. These groups however, have no permissions assigned by default. As a minimum, specific permissions are required for the various resource groups.

Procedure

  1. Launch the Advanced Studio.
  2. On the menu, select System > System settings > Access control list > Capture design.

    The Access control list - Capture design window is displayed.

  3. To add a resource group, select . Editable fields are displayed so that you can add a new user using the following steps.
    1. Select the Name list, select the InvoiceProcessingAgility category, and then select a Group or an Individual.
    2. From the Type list, select the level of permission required for the corresponding user.
    3. Select Add.
  4. Optional. Add Capture design permissions for other groups and individuals.
  5. Select Save.

    The Access control List - Capture design window is closed.

  6. Optional. Repeat the above steps for System > System settings > Access control list > Resource and System > System settings > Access control list > Settings.
