Edit a field configuration
Use the procedure in topic to edit a field configuration by modifying one or more field labels.
You can change one or more field labels that appear to users in one of the Coding activity, the Approval activity, the Exception activity, the Line Pairing Exception activity, the Comment Request activity, or the Hold activity for an organization. If you are using multiple languages, provide field label values for each language you are using.
Procedure
- Open the Tungsten AP Agility Work Queue as an Administrator.

On the
Settings menu, select
Organizations.
The Organizations are displayed.

Select an organization from the list by selecting on its
Organization Name.
The organization details for the selected organization are displayed.

Select the
Field Configuration tab.
The Organizations - Field Configuration tab is displayed.
- Optional. If you are not editing the English labels, select a language from the Language list.

Select a field in the table and perform the following steps.
- Optional. Select a value from the Visible/Mandatory list.

Edit the
Caption as necessary.
If you want to indicate to the user that this field is mandatory, add an asterisk (*) to the field caption.
- Optional. Repeat step 6 for other fields.
- Optional. Select Update other languages if you want to make these changes for all languages.

Select
Update.
The edited fields are updated.

When all fields are updated, select
Close.
The window closes and you are returned to the Organizations window.
