Enable Chinese invoice extraction

Use the procedure in this topic to enable invoice extraction for Chinese invoices.

Even though AP Agility has built-in support for Chinese invoices, it is still necessary to enable extraction for these invoices.

Procedure

  1. Using the menu, navigate to Settings > Invoice Processing > Global Settings > Chinese VAT Invoice Settings.
  2. Select Extract Chinese VAT Invoices.

    An additional setting is available.

  3. Optional. Select Read GTS Data.

    If selected, additional settings are available.

  4. Optional. Configure the other Golden Tax System settings.
  5. Select Save.
