Enable bar code recognition

Use the procedure in this topic to read bar codes on XML or PDF documents.

If you are processing invoices that contain a bar code or a QR code it is necessary to turn on the recognition of these bar codes.

Reading field values from a QR or bar code is supported for invoices from the following countries:

Procedure

  1. On the menu, select Settings > Invoice Processing > Global Settings > General Settings.
  2. Select Read bar code / QR code.
  3. Select Save.
