Groups

Instead of individually assigning authorizations to each user, user groups can be set up - all users assigned to the same group have the same authorizations.

For example, one user group can be set up that has access to specific documents types of a certain company code only.

Buyer admin users need to be assigned to groups, in which case they inherit the authorizations and restrictions of the group they are assigned to. The group also determines the Worklist that is available for the user.
