Lock and unlock user accounts

You can suspend users from using the portal by locking their account. To allow users to access the portal again, you need to reactivate the accounts by unlocking them.

To lock or unlock a user, complete the following steps.

  1. In the Worklist, select Administration > Users.
  2. Select the user record.
  3. In the Personal data pane, complete one of the following steps.
    • To lock a supplier user, select the Lock user check box. Buyer admin users cannot be locked manually.

    • To unlock a buyer admin or supplier use, clear the Lock user check box.

  4. Click Save.
