Copy an existing group
If an existing group already has the required setup, you can copy this group and adapt its setup, as required.
To copy an existing group, complete the following steps.
- In the Worklist, select .
- Select the group that you want to copy.
- Click Copy.
- In the General data pane, enter a name for the group.
- If you want to assign a different Worklist, select the Worklist.

Optional. In the
Document-type restrictions pane, modify the document type and authorization assignments.
By default, the copied group has the same access to documents as the original group does (including the restrictions).
- Click Save.
