Identity
When logging in to the portal, users need to supply their identify - either their user name or their email address.
Email addresses can be changed, but user names are fixed and unchangeable.
The email addresses are also used to notify users when specific actions are performed on their accounts, or on invoices or purchase orders. For more information, see Assign email templates to user-related actions and Enable email notifications for document-related actions.
When logging in to the portal, together with their identity, users need to supply their password. The strictness of the password policy can be configured. For more information, see Set up the password policy.
