Configure field profiles
Field profiles define the information (fields) that a user or group of users is allowed to view in a document.
To configure field profiles, complete one of the following procedures.

Rename field labels
If the users are accustomed to a terminology that is different from the one that is delivered by default, you can rename the field label to match the users' terminology.
You can rename only existing field labels and use only existing languages. To implement new fields and languages you need to contact the Enterprise Software Support. -
Show and hide fields
If the business processes at the user side require additional fields to be mandatory, or existing fields to be hidden, you can show and hide the fields provided by a pre-defined set of field profiles.
You can only modify the field profiles. You cannot add new profiles or delete existing ones. Also, you cannot move fields to a different position on the screen.
