Modify an existing template
You can change the setup of an existing email template for example, if the subject should be different, or another text should be sent within the emails that are based on the template.
To modify an email template, complete the following steps.
You have completed the steps as described in Set up the email service.
- In the Worklist, select .
- Select the entry of the template that you want to modify.

In the
Email Templates pane, enter the changes for
the required language.

In the Subject box, click to change the email subject.

In the Email text box, select the entry that you want to modify. This displays an editing dialog box where you can make the changes. After editing, click OK.

Click
Save.
To reset email templates to the default state, click Restore.
