Workflows
Workflows can be used to send documents electronically to a list of processors or recipients to obtain or provide additional information, clarification and approval.
A workflow can have one step or multiple steps and each step can have one or several processors. Only the processors of a workflow step can make changes to the documents within the workflow. Processors can be assigned to workflow steps either individually or by using processor or recipient groups.
Every action in the workflow is logged, making it possible to identify who is working on the document at all times.
In
Supplier Portal, it is
not possible to create own workflows or to change the name or description of a
workflow. It is also not possible to change the configuration of workflow steps
or the workflow notifications. In case you require any of these changes,
