Statistics

Statistics provide summarized information for various counts within the portal. This node is available only for users with the Lead Admin role.

The counts of invoices, purchase orders and suppliers are displayed in gray boxes. Click on a box to be redirected to the corresponding node.

The Submitted invoices/month bar graph shows the statistics on submitted invoices per month. Point on a bar to get the month/year and invoice count information. Click on a bar to be redirected to the detailed list of invoices for that month.

The Onboarding activities pie chart shows the statistic for suppliers with and without registration. Point on a sector to see the count of suppliers that passed or did not finish registration. Click on a sector to be redirected to the detailed list of suppliers in each category.
