Create a separation profile
Create separation profiles for documents and folders.

Navigate to

The Separation profiles page appears.

Click
New.
The New separation profile dialog box is displayed.

Enter a
Name for the separation profile, such as Invoice separation.
The name cannot be more than 50 characters.

Optional. Enter a
Description for the separation profile, such as
"Use this profile to separate invoices from other documents and place them in the Invoices folder.
"
The description cannot be more than 255 characters.
- Configure the separation profile for a Document or Folder.
- Click Save.
