Assign access permissions for Transformation Designer

You can grant access to Transformation Designer by assigning resources or groups access permissions to capture design and the TotalAgility Designer. Resources with access permissions to capture design can also manipulate classification groups, extraction groups, and folder types within the TotalAgility Designer.

  1. Navigate to System > System settings > Access control list > Capture design.

    The Access control list - Capture design dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click .
  3. On the Name list, select a group or individual to whom to give access permissions.
  4. On the Type list, select the type of access permission as Full control, Read write or Read.
  5. Click Add.

    Assign access permissions to more resources as needed.

  6. Click Save.
