Copy.
A copy of the process prefixed with "Copy 1 of" to the <process name> appears on the Business processes page.
-

Once a copy is created, you can modify it to customize it to your requirement.

Whenever a process is released, it is locked by default so that other resources cannot modify it. You can unlock a process to allow modification.
In the business process list, on the context menu of the process to unlock, click Unlock. On confirmation, the process is unlocked and is available for modification.
Delete a process
In the business processes list, on the context menu of the process to delete, click Delete. On confirmation, the process and all previous versions are deleted.
Modify a process in TotalAgility on Azure tenant
You can open TotalAgility on Azure tenant and further expand your process created in TotalAgility on Integration Server.
When you modify a process in Azure, the nodes configured to execute on the integration server will be read-only. You cannot configure those nodes in Azure. (The Configuration tab is not available.)
You can add more nodes; however, the following node types are not available for the process in Azure:
-
Exchange
-
SharePoint
-
Micro Focus Content Manager
-
CRM
-
Export
For any nodes added to a process in Azure, the Run on integration server property appear read-only.
Open a process version
View a process version
- In the business processes list, on the context menu of the process to view versions, click Versions.
-
On the list of versions, click the row for the version to view.
The selected process version opens in a read-only mode.
Revert to a process version
Revert a process map to create a new version of the map based on an earlier version. All the items including variables, activities, resources, properties, and skin rules of the selected version are available in the newer version. For example, in a management scenario, as part of the company's project plan, you might have altered the organization's hierarchical structure, resource managerial levels, their categories, and also the process map design. Then saved and released to create a new version of the map and immediately put it to use. However, after a few days of implementation, management analyses the performance and opts to revert to the previous resource hierarchy and process flow. You might then want to pick the earlier map version and quickly replace the current version.
When you want to revert to a process version, make sure that the process is not open.
- In the business processes list, on the context menu of the process to open the versions list, click Versions.
- On the context menu of the version of the process to revert to, click Revert.
- On confirmation, the process version is reverted to the selected version.
- Release the process. A new version of the process map is created. The Versions list is updated to include the new version.
Delete a process version
You can delete a redundant version of a process.
- In the business processes list, on the context menu of the process to open the versions list, click Versions.
-
On the context menu of the version of the process to delete, click
Delete.
Once you confirm the deletion, the selected version and all previous versions are deleted. For example, if you delete version 3, version 1 and version 2 are also deleted.
