Switch to an older Amyuni version

In case of problems encountered with the latest Amyuni version, you can switch to the previously installed 5.5.2.7 version of the Amyuni software. To do so, proceed with the following steps.

  1. Start Communications Manager Core Administrator.

  2. Click Stop All to interrupt the Communications Manager Core services.

  3. Remove the Communications Manager Document Processors.

  4. Locate the Communications Manager Core program directory at: <deploy root>\Communications Manager\Programs\2025.3\ITP Server\Bin.

  5. In the "bin" folder, perform the following:

    • Rename the folder DocToPDF to DocToPDF-6.0.1.1

    • Rename the folder DocToPDF-5.5.2.7 to DocToPDF

  6. In Communications Manager Core Administrator, add the Communications Manager Document Processors and then start the Communications Manager Core services.

From now on, Communications Manager Core uses the 5.5.2.7 version of the Amyuni software again.

Before uninstalling or upgrading Communications Manager Core, you must undo the above changes. To do so, perform the following actions:

  • Stop Communications Manager Core and remove the Document Processors

  • Rename DocToPDF to DocToPDF-5.5.2.7

  • Rename DocToPDF-6.0.1.1 to DocToPDF

Starting Communications Manager Core and adding Document Processors may be postponed until after the upgrade.
