Upgrade failed due to unconfigured components
Upgrade.exe may fail because some of Communications Manager components are not fully configured.
To resolve this issue, you can add the Upgrade!IgnoreUnconfiguredComponents=True parameter. It instructs the upgrade to ignore the components that have not been configured.
Unconfigured components are not added to the new installation.
If you attempted an installation and it failed, but did not roll back to the previous version automatically, you need to:

Reactivate the previous Communications Manager version.

Uninstall the partial installation of the new Communications Manager version.

Retry the steps described above.
