DID specification language

With the Communications Manager DID specification language, you can define a DID. The language has no executable statements or control structures and follows the same lexical rules as the Communications Manager Template scripting language. The language is free-format: tabs, end-of-lines, end-of-paragraphs, and spaces are treated as white space. You can add comments to the DID document, placing them inside two asterisks.

When using names of Communications Manager identifiers in the Communications Manager DID specification language, begin the name with an uppercase character. It can be followed by lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits, or underscores. The identifiers defined in the DID specification language are the names of entries and Fields that a script developer uses in a Master Template.
