Create a group of questions
You can create a group of questions and add all of the questions that belong together to this group. You can also make this group appear conditionally.
- Navigate to .

Click the
Form you need and then click
Edit in the
View and Edit pane on the right.
The Form Editor appears in a tab.

On the toolbar, click the
.
The Group panel appears.

Enter a title for the group.
The Group title appears in the document structure.
You can also insert a Field from the Fields list if it is already in the Data Backbone. To do so, click Add Field and select a certain Field.
- In the Include group section, select Group is included conditionally if you want the group to be included on certain conditions.
- In the When this group is included section, select Group is shown conditionally to make the group expandable or shown based on conditions related to the question asked previously in the Form.
- Click Save & Close.
