Add text to a Form

You can create static text in a Form. This can be useful to add text before all the questions.

  1. Navigate to Content > Forms.
  2. Click the Form you need and then click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right.

    The Form Editor appears in a tab.

  3. On the toolbar, click Add item > Text.

    The Text panel appears.

  4. Enter the text to the Display text field.

    The entered text appears in the document structure.

    You can also insert a Field from the Fields list if it is already in the Data Backbone. To do so, click Add Field and select a certain Field.

  5. Click Save & Close.
