Create and edit a Letter Book

  1. Navigate to Communications > Letter Books.
    • To create a new Letter Book, click Letter Books, and then click New Letter Book in the New pane on the right.

      The New Letter Book window appears.

      Enter a name for the new Letter Book and click OK.

      The new Letter Book appears in Letter Books.

  2. Click the Letter Book and then click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right.

    The Letter Book Editor window appears.

  3. In the window on the right, click and drag Document Templates to the window on the left.
  4. You can also refer to other Letter Books from the current Letter Book. To do so, click the Letter Books tab, and then click and drag the Letter Books you need to the window on the left.
    • Click Update Nested Letter Books to apply changes to existing Letter Books, if applicable.
    • Click Copy descriptions to copy the description to each Document Template in this Letter Book that has no description.
  5. When you finish creating the Letter Book, click Save & Close.

Import a Letter Book

  1. Navigate to Communications > Letter Books.
  2. Click the Letter Book and then click Import Letter Book in the Other Actions pane on the right.
  3. Click Select and Import File.
  4. Click the file to upload and click Open.

    Note Letter Books are XML files.

    When the file is imported, close the window.
