Insert a table

You can insert a table in a document in the Text Block Editor.

  1. Navigate to Content > Text Blocks.
  2. Click the Text Block to contain a table and then click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right.

    The Text Block Editor window appears.

  3. Place the cursor where you want to insert a table and click the table icon. You can also click this icon to edit a table.

    The Insert/Edit Table window appears.

  4. Set the properties for the table.
    • Select Autosize to adapt the width of the columns to the size of the text.
    • Select First column, Last column, Header row, or Footer row to apply styling that differs from other table elements. The styling applied complies with the style of the template.
  5. Click Insert.

    The table appears where you placed the cursor.

  6. Enter some text in the table and click Save & Close.
