Create a Text Block Question
A Text Block Question is a choice question where you can select Text Blocks.
- Navigate to .

Click the
Form you need and then click
Edit in the
View and Edit pane on the right.
The Form Editor appears on a tab.

In the document structure, select an element to which you can add items.
Note The element to select is limited to the Form itself (the root node in the tree view) and groups.

On the toolbar, click

The Add item - Text Block Question panel appears.
- Click Add field to provide a value to the Question text field.
- Click Select to provide a value to the Text Block List field that was defined in the Text Block Lists section. If this section does not contain any Text Block Lists, you first need to create one.

Select
Auto insert text blocks or
Store text blocks in field to choose where the selected text blocks must be placed:

Select Store text blocks in field to specify the answers to the questions that must be stored in a field. To do so, select the field that will store the answers.

Select Auto insert text blocks to automatically insert all of the Text Blocks selected for the document.

- Click Add item to finalize a Text Block Question creation.
Create an editable Text Block Question

The Add item - Editable Text Block Question panel appears.
- Click Add field to provide a value to the Question text field.
- Click Select to provide a value to the Answer field.
- Click Add item to finalize the Editable Text Block Question.
