Edit Metadata

Use the Text Block Editor if you need to update the Metadata labels for a Text Block or Rich Text Block.

Edit Metadata for a single Text Block in a group

Use the Text Block Editor if you need to update the Metadata labels for a Text Block.

  1. Navigate to Content > Text Blocks.
    Tip You can also create a new Text Block inside the group and attach to it a different Metadata label.
  2. Click the Text Block with the label to update and then click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right.

    The Text Block Editor window appears.

  3. On the toolbar, click the Metadata icon to edit Metadata.
  4. Click Edit and select a different value for the Text Block.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK again.

    A different Metadata label is attributed to the Text Block.

  7. Click Save & Close.

Edit Metadata for a single Rich Text Block in a group

  1. Navigate to Content > Text Blocks.
    Tip You can also create a new Rich Text Block inside the group and attach to it a different Metadata label.
  2. Click the Rich Text Block with the label to update and then click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right. Select Edit Metadata.
  3. Click the pencil icon and select a different Metadata value for the Rich Text Block.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click OK again.
    A different Metadata label is attributed to the Rich Text Block.
