Make a copy of a project for troubleshooting
You can create a copy of a certain project as an MDK file. This may be useful if you are experiencing issues with your project and want to send that to the technical support for troubleshooting.
- From the KCM Designer main window, click the navigation arrow icon, and then click Dashboard. Click Create Diagnostic Info on the dashboard.
- Select the project from the drop-down list and click Create Diagnostic Information.
- When the information is created, click Download.
