Test a conditional group of Text Blocks

If you applied a condition to a group of Text Blocks, test the Content Wizard to which they belong.

  1. Navigate to Content > Content Wizards.
  2. Click the object to which you added a group of conditional Text Blocks and click Test in the Other Actions pane on the right.

    The Test window appears.

  3. Click Edit Test Data.
    The Test window appears.
  4. Click the Field you selected while adding a condition to the group.
  5. Enter Y in the required fields.
  6. Click Test.
    The document opens in Microsoft Word. Find and check the group of Text Blocks.
  7. Close Microsoft Word.

Retest a conditional group of Text Blocks without them appearing in the document

  1. Navigate to Content > Content Wizards.
  2. Click the object to which you added a group of conditional Text Blocks and click Test in the Other Actions pane on the right.

    The Test window appears.

  3. Click Edit Test Data.
    The Test window appears.
  4. Click the Field you selected while adding a condition to the group.
  5. Enter N instead of Y in the required fields.
    The document opens in Microsoft Word without the conditional group of Text Blocks.
  6. Close Microsoft Word.
