AI Knowledge Base

AI Knowledge Base allows you to search across multiple documents for answers to natural language queries within your solutions. You can create a knowledge base by uploading various documents (Capture documents and non-document data), which will be stored in Azure Search. This knowledge base can then be queried using natural language in conjunction with a large language model (LLM).

You must have the TotalAgility Enterprise system license to use the knowledge base.

Using AI knowledge base, you can do the following:

  • Configure the knowledge base integration.

  • Add to and delete from the knowledge base.

  • Perform search on knowledge base using a form and activity.

  • View document references that include highlighted text for the relevant section.

Additionally, TotalAgility provides an out-of-the-box Tungsten AI provider for use with an AI knowledge base.
