AI Knowledge Base activities

The AI Knowledge base activities allow you to add documents to and delete documents from the knowledge base. You can search the documents in the knowledge base and get relevant information using natural language queries alongside Large Language Models (LLMs).

The AI knowledge base activities include the following automatic activities:

The knowledge base activities are available only to Enterprise tier customers. For users on the Standard and Advanced tiers, this feature is restricted and indicated by a lock icon.
