Reactivate the license on the primary server

You can reactivate the license on your primary server if it is about to expire.

For the TotalAgility Designer in an on-premise multi-tenant or Azure environment, the option to activate or reactivate the license is not available; the license is reactivated automatically.

  1. Navigate to System > System settings > License servers and statistics > Reactivate license on primary.

    The License activation dialog box automatically displays the following licensing details:

    • Serial number

    • Product code

    • Machine ID

    • Server version

  2. Select either option for Activation:

    • Automatic (Default): Reactivates the license automatically.

    • Manual: Enter the Activation code.

  3. Click Reactivate.
