License servers and statistics

You can view the license servers associated with your system, configure additional license servers as backups, and activate the license API keys.

The License servers option is only available for TotalAgility on-premise; it is not available for the Designer running in an on-premise multi-tenant or Azure environment.

If the system cannot connect using the primary server license, it automatically uses the backup server license.

If a license is about to expire, you can reactivate it on your primary and backup servers. The option to activate or reactivate the license is not available for a TotalAgility Designer in an on-premise multi-tenant or Azure environment; the license is reactivated automatically.

To open this card, navigate to System > System settings > License servers and statistics, and then select the system setting to configure.

On this card, you can perform the following tasks:

  • Configure a backup license server and activate the license API keys.

  • Reactivate the license on the primary server.

  • View the primary license server and backup license server details (if installed).

  • Set threshold values for a primary server, so you can take corrective actions before running out of volume. You cannot set threshold values for a backup server.
