View the primary server and backup server details

TotalAgility supports system licenses, station licenses, and volume licenses.

You can view the license details such as license name, available licenses, license start and expiration dates, full count, and more.

The backup license server is not available for TotalAgility running in on-premise multi-tenant and Azure environments.

System > System settings > License servers and statistics > Primary server statistics.
By default, the Information tab displays the following primary server statistics:
- The Serial number provided when you installed TotalAgility.
- System licenses: Displays the name and expiration date of the licenses.
- Station licenses: Displays the number of available licenses (licenses not yet used), the maximum number of licenses, and the expiration date for each license type. The default value for station licenses is 100.
- Volume licenses: Displays the full count of pages you can scan annually, the remaining number of pages you can scan this year, and the expiration and renewal dates of the licenses. The default value for volume licenses is 10,000.
To view the licenses whose term has expired, select Show term expired licenses. (Default: Clear)

The details, such as license name, start date, expiration date, available licenses, maximum number of allocated licenses, used licenses, remaining licenses, and renewal date, are displayed.
