Enable workflow solutions for use within Quick Apps

Quick Apps is a simplified version of the TotalAgility Process Designer and Transformation Designer. It enables non-technical users to develop Quick Apps solutions with ease. For example, in a DocAI solution, you can design workflow to upload and train sample documents and extract relevant data.

You can select the following workflow solutions that can be used in Quick Apps:

  • DocAI

  • Quick Workflow

  • Quick RPA

  • Quick AI Agent

Navigate to System > System settings > Apps > Enabled for use.

The Quick App solutions dialog box is displayed.

Use the following links to learn how to manage Quick Apps solution:

Add a workflow

You can add processes, business rules, and custom services that can be used within the corresponding solution.
  1. In the Quick App solutions dialog box, click on the header bar.
  2. On the Workflow list, select a process, business rule, or custom service and click Add.
  3. Add more items as needed.
  4. Click Save.

Edit a workflow

You can edit the solution available to Quick Apps, that is, select a different process, business rule, or custom service.

  1. In the Quick App solutions dialog box, select the solution to modify and click on the header bar.

    The Workflow list appears.

  2. Select a different process, business rule, or custom service as needed and click OK.
  3. Click Save.

Delete a workflow

In the Quick App solutions dialog box, select the workflow to delete and click on the header bar.

On confirmation, the workflow is deleted.
