Standard initial view

The DocAI Studio initial view when you have a Standard license differs significantly from the initial view for Advanced and Enterprise licenses. See the example below of the Standard initial view. Select the example header to expand.

The Standard license tier navigation menu includes the following settings.

Return to the DocAI welcome page.

New solution

Create a new DocAI solution.

Displays the Documents page, where you can create a new DocAI solution.

Manage solutions

View and manage existing DocAI solutions.

Displays the DocAI solutions page, where you can manage your DocAI solutions.

Workspace

Launch the TotalAgility Workspace dashboard in a new browser tab. The Workspace enables you to:

  • View list of DocAI Apps and create new jobs for DocAI solutions.

  • View work queue and take and complete activities.

  • Show list of jobs and view job properties page.

  • See dashboard of statistics: Document/page count, jobs processed, number of activities. Use tile controls.

  • Administration to:

    • Manage users.

    • View volume usage.

  • Header form (no profile icon.)

Settings

Display a submenu of settings to configure the following:

  • Azure Blob storage: Configure Azure storage for import.

  • General settings:

    • Settings:

      • Email server (SMTP): Configure your email server.

      • License: Reactivate your license after purchasing additional volume or upgrading to an advanced or enterprise tier.

    • System sessions:

      • User sessions: Configure user sessions.

  • Field formatters: Configure formatting settings for dates and amounts.

  • Field validators: Configure regular expression or date field validation.

  • Separation profiles.

  • PDF profiles.

  • Scan/VRS profiles.

Import

Import packages so they are available to extend a DocAI solution. These packages can include:

  • PDF profiles to configure the PDF generation step.

  • Separation profiles for the Scan/File upload import channel.

  • Formatters for field configuration in extraction.

  • Business processes for sub-process activities.

  • Business rules for business rule activities.

  • Custom services for custom service activities.

  • Resources and groups for solution access and activity assignment.

  • Images for the application icon.

Use the home list to navigate between the Advanced Designer, the DocAI Studio, and the Quick Apps home pages.
