Unlock a DocAI solution

Use the procedure in this topic to unlock a DocAI solution if it is locked by you. You cannot unlock a DocAI solution that is locked by another resource.

Before you begin

Before you unlock a DocAI solution, verify that the following steps are complete.

  • You have the necessary user permissions to unlock the solution.

  • Your solution is closed.

  • Your solution is locked.

Procedure

  1. Open the DocAI solutions page.
  2. To the right of the solution you are deleting, select the context menu, and select Unlock.

    The solution is unlocked and can be edited as needed.
