Configure document review
Use the procedure in this topic to configure how users review document classification results whenever system confidence is low.
The system improves over time and reduces the number of mistakes automatically by watching an operator correct uncertain or incorrectly classified documents.
Before you begin
Before configuring the review user operation, we recommend that you first Configure fields.
Procedure
- From the ribbon, select Steps.

Select the
Review tab.
The Document Review settings are displayed.
- Set Do you want a human operator to review the document classification if the system was uncertain? to Yes. (Default: No)

Configure the following settings.
Who can review?
Add or create a list of users who can review the classification results for this DocAI solution. (Default: Everyone (Group))
This field is mandatory and must have at least one entry.
For more information on managing resource groups, refer to the Tungsten TotalAgility Designer Help.
To select users or groups who can perform the review, do either of the following.
To create a new resource, click Create new.

In the New group window, enter the name for the group.

Click Add to add group members.
The Add group members window is displayed.

Add individuals or groups and click Done.

Click Save.
To add an existing resource, click Add.

In the Add reviewers window, add groups or individuals.

Click Done.
Average duration
Specify the average time that a user spends reviewing the classification results. (Default: 0 Minutes)

your solution.
A red circle on the tab indicates that the user operation configuration is incomplete.
