Delete a DocAI solution

Use the procedure in this topic to delete a DocAI solution. However, you cannot delete a DocAI solution that has live jobs associated with it.

When you delete a DocAI solution, the corresponding process in the TotalAgility Designer System settings as part of this solution is removed.

Before you begin

Before you delete a DocAI solution, verify that the following steps are complete.

  • Your solution is closed.

  • There are no live jobs associated with your solution.

    You cannot delete a DocAI solution that has live jobs associated with it.

Procedure

  1. Open the DocAI solutions page.
  2. To the right of the solution you are deleting, select the context menu, and select Delete.

    You are prompted to confirm your deletion.
