Upload test documents
Use the procedure in this topic to upload test documents. The test documents you upload on the Documents menu are used for both classification and extraction testing.
Before you begin
Before you upload test documents, verify that the following steps are complete:

You have at least one configurable or predefined document type.

You have several sample documents for each document type you are adding.

You have trained your solution after uploading training documents.
Procedure
- On the Documents menu, select a configurable or predefined document type.

To upload test documents:

Select
Upload test documents on the
Test Documents header to open a File Explorer window and select several sample documents.
The selected test documents are uploaded in the Upload test documents window. The status of each test document is either successful or there is an exception.
- Optional. Select Delete document for any documents that have an exception .

After the test documents are uploaded, select
Save.
The selected documents are added to the Test Documents.

Select
Upload test documents on the
Test Documents header to open a File Explorer window and select several sample documents.
- Repeat step 2 to add additional test documents for this and other document types.
