Configure verification
Use the procedure in this topic to enable operators to double-check some of the extracted field data.
Before you begin
Before configuring the verification user operation, we recommend that you complete the following steps.

Enable the Validation step. Also, if you have both the Validation and the Verification operations enabled, but disable Validation, the Verification step is disabled automatically.
Procedure
- From the ribbon, select Steps.
- Select the Verification tab.
- Set Do you want a second human operator to double-check some of the extracted data to Yes. (Default: No)

Configure the following settings:
Who can verify?
Add or create a list of users who can verify the extracted fields for this DocAI solution. (Default: Everyone (Group))
This field is mandatory and must have at least one entry.
For more information on managing resource groups, refer to the Tungsten TotalAgility Designer Help.
To select users or groups who can perform validation, do either of the following.
To create a new resource, click Create new.

In the New group window, enter the name for the group.

Click Add to add group members.
The Add group members window is displayed.

Add individuals or groups and click Done.

Click Save.
To add an existing resource, click Add.

In the Add reviewers window, add groups or individuals.

Click Done.
Average duration
Specify the average time that a user spends reviewing the classification results. (Default: 0 Minutes)
Add an additional validation step
By default, there is a single step of validation. Select this button to add an additional validation step. Each additional step enables you to configure who can validate that step as well as its duration.
If your configuration has no errors, a green check is displayed next to Validation in the list of steps. A red circle on the tab indicates that the user operation configuration is incomplete.
