Advanced Fixed Form Extraction
In case of Recostar Extraction, user can now configure more than four pages (First Page, Second Page, Third Page and Last Page) for the respective RSP files and can also configure the page ranges.
Fixed Form Extraction configuration
Under the , click Fixed Form Extraction to open an interface (grid) where you can configure the RSP (Recostar - Windows) and TLZ (OmniPage - Linux) files for single/multiple pages (no limit).
Click Add to specify the Rule, enter the Page Number/Range and the corresponding RSP/TLZ file. An RSP/TLZ file can be mapped to a single page as well as to multiple pages (page range). The File Name drop-down menu lists all the files that exist in the Transact repository.
The RSP/TLZ files are located at:
<EphesoftInstallationDirectory>SharedFolders<BatchClassIdentifier>fixed-form-extraction
You can map only the files that exist in this repository. If you want to use new RSP/TLZ files for mapping, place the new files manually in this repository and it will reflect on the UI.
Rules for configuring Page Number

Specific Page Number: Set a specific Page number and the corresponding RSP file name.
Example: 1 | FPR.rsp, 2 | FPR_Barcode.rsp

Range of Pages: Set the range of pages and the corresponding RSP file name.
Example: 3-5 | Voting.rsp, 6-9 | ABC.rsp
The page range is inclusive i.e. the boundary page numbers are included in the range.

Last Page: Configure the last page of the document using -1.
Example: -1 | Voting_Pharmacy.rsp

When you configure the Page Number as well as the Last Page, the application picks the mapping of Last Page.
For example, if the Last Page is 10 and you have configured 6-10 |abc.rsp and -1 | voting.rsp, the pages from 6 to 9 are extracted via abc.rsp and the page number 10 (last page) is extracted via voting.rsp

Page number 0 is not used for configuration.

Maximum page range allowed for configuration is 2147483647.
